The Purchaser may request to return for a refund within seven (7) days of receipt of the item. Returns must be requested by email within that 7 day period from the time of delivery to schedule a return.
To start a return, you can contact us via our CONTACT US page or at info@cassidyaustin.com. If your return is accepted, you will be sent a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Due to the delicate nature of the items, all original packing material must be used to aid in the transport of the item and ensure the least amount of damage. If you have concerns, please contact info@cassidyaustin.com for further aide with repacking your return.
The item must be returned immediately through the same delivery carrier as delivered, must be packaged in the same materials as delivered, and the item must be in the exact condition as delivered unless otherwise discussed via email with info@cassidyaustin.com. Upon return receipt of the item to the Artist studio, and upon inspection of the item, and if the item is found to be in the exact condition as sent to the Purchaser, a refund will be processed for the cost of the item only (less return shipping and insurance costs and $50 restocking fee) through the same payment method used by the Purchaser. The Purchaser is responsible for any and all return shipping costs and adequate insurance in the amount of the selling price of the item. Return insurance must be purchased. The Purchaser is responsible for any damage to a returned piece of artwork, unless determined that the carrier is at fault for damages.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as original works of art, special orders, commissions, or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or denied. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
